We invite you to enjoy our beach retreat.

Our Sea Colony home includes three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage (approximately 1400 SF).  There is a lovely lake view from the home.  Our home is fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and comfortable.   

Our home includes all of the comforts of home:

• leather couches for reading;

• 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds;

• a 36" TV with cable and a DVD player;

• a washer and dryer. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge with breakfast table, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crock pot, dishes, utensils, cooking ware, iron/iron board, etc. We have a good assortment of bikes that you can use to tour Flagler county's numerous bike paths.

All linens are provided, but we suggest you bring your own pillows and beach towels if you are driving.

Sea Colony Info
Sea Colony is an oceanfront, gated community located in Palm Coast, Florida, which is approximately 15 minutes south of St. Augustine, 30 minutes north of Daytona, or 1.5 hours from Disney World.  Sea Colony amenities include a pool and hot tub at the clubhouse alongside the ocean, biking paths, fishing ponds, shuffleboard, horseshoes, walking paths, and lakes.  Sea Colony’s beach is quiet and natural, located near a bird sanctuary and nature preserve. Sea Colony provides 24 hour security.
